Staff was very nice and check in was easy. I like that the doors are locked at night and it requires your key card to get in along with the elevators locked at all times requiring a key card, makes it so no one can access that isnt suppose to. Was clean, bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet which is a huge plus. Ive been in many residence inns across new england and they usually are very loud, very poor sound insulation and you can hear people walking, coughing, and if they have kids and let them do whatever they want jumping, yelling, running good luck! So was nice that it did not happen at this hotel!
