Victorian room in 3 storey terraced house in quiet cul-de-sac, attractively situated below historic Roman walls, next to mature parks and trees. River and green fields view from room, with great riverside pub restaurant 1 minute from house. Quick access 5 mins to city centre shops up 50 steps, or road route to University 25 mins gentle hill climb . Large bathroom and kitchen are shared with artist owner, also sometimes another guest on 1st floor. Artist host works on top floor.
10 mins walk to the bustling quayside with restaurants. Cycles and canoes for hire down canal. Well situated between two rail stations; suitable for exploring Devon coast and moors.
