The location was great and the grounds were very nice and well kept.The rooms however, needed updating. While the furniture was real quality heavy wood, it was worn. The beds were sagging in the middle but the pillows were very nice and fluffy and I still slept well. Unfortunately, we could hear a lot of walking/stomping in the room above ours but at least it would quiet down at bedtime. It was just ok.Not sure if I would recommend.

Location close to the lakes, have two good restaurants inside and close to a small mall where you will find two bakeries, a supermarket, candy store and some souvenir shops. Keep in mind there is no ac, but the room temperature was fine. My tub drain had an issue if you open the water too high, it’ll drain out very slow. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Other than the fact that it was a bit pricey for a small room and that it was infront of the bar/restaurant, it was alright as the staff were all friendly and attentive. The restaurants are conveniently located in the same building as our room and parking was free.

The Lake Louise Inn is a modern looking place to stay. The place seems to be well kept and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I reserved wn accessible room. We didn’t get one but it was ok because th really on we had was only one floor up. I had to have my husband carry my walker up stairs. I managed well other than those stairs. It was a nice and quiet place to stay with amazing Mountain View’s. We also ate in the resteraunt. It was good.

Would not allow any check-in prior to 4 o'clock. Weary travelers sat or slept in lobby until 4 and suddenly all rooms were available. This resulted in another half hour standing in line and of course no one to help with luggage . Completely opposite at our next destination; rooms were assigned as soon as ready by housekeeping.
