In much need of maintenance. Lots of patches can be seen ,old ones, but no sign of actual repairs and finishing.We were sent to the Units at 700 Loftus road. I refused the first unit due to small window for light and air. Second unit had lots of light, armchair sank to the floor, bathroom door squeezed awful, we fixed it, dining table still had toast crumbs and thick dust. We cleaned
Ther is definitely a shortage of staff inFairbanks, but what’s the excuse of failed maintenance? If the owners have more property than they can manage perhaps they should sell. Breakfast was offered and was good,however her kitchen was overly cluttered which makes one wonder about the sanitation practices. The ground in Alaska is crumbles rock and dirt, consequently, it is constantly tracked in. However, there doesn’t appear to be any system in place to keep it under control.
