This home is the perfect combination of cozy rural beauty and convenient access to downtown Fairhope and the rest of the Eastern Shore. It is located at the end of private lane on a one acre lot backing up to natural forest. A pleasant and restful retreat for a family or couple to relax and/or explore the local area. The rear screened in porch is perfect to view the lush and shady yard which has two private driveways for easy parking. The house itself sleeps 7 comfortably with all new furniture throughout. The kitchen has all you will need for home cooking, but many restaurants are also in close vicinity. Wireless internet, new TVs with Roku devices, and washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We hope that the John Deere House will be an excellent home base that you will love during your stay in Fairhope.

Our youngest son got married on November 30th. This was perfect location to get to venues and gather any last minute items. The home was beautiful! The host were wonderful! We enjoyed staying here!!

Beautiful Home & Perfect Location
The John Deere house was absolutely perfect and well-equipped with everything needed to feel like home for a two week stay. Comfy bed, lots of space, and spotlessly clean. And the location is amazing! Completely private and secluded on a large, beautiful lot but only a short drive to downtown Fairhope and all it has to offer. The owner is very kind and gracious and we look forward to staying again next trip to the area. Thank you for hosting us in your home!

The house is in a beautiful country setting, but not too far from shopping/restaurants/etc.. It was very clean and well appointed. We were able to cook a meal easily, and we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was just the right kind of place that my sister and I needed to be in the area to visit my mother.

We rented this vacation home to be near my niece's wedding venue. The house was spotless. The appliances looked new. The house was described perfectly on VRBO. The only amenity I would add is to put small soaps in the bathrooms. My family had a wonderful stay here! Thank you for being such a good host.

The house was perfect! Could not of asked for a better location. Loved the country atmosphere Blueberry bushes were in bloom. My grandchildren enjoyed picking those for a treat to eat. Screened in porch made of wonderful fir sitting outside agd enjoying our visit

Idyllic location
I’m giving a 5 star rating but wish there could be a higher rating for this place. Beautifully decorated and all the amenities of this lovely home in a lovely private location just minutes from downtown Fairhope. To see the wildlife and songbirds while we sat and enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch was such a delightful experience! Would 100% book again!

Great place to stay!
This is definitely a great place to stay and extremely clean. We did a girls trip and it was very comfortable for us and you are close to downtown Fairhope. There was 6 of us, we enjoyed the property very pretty and the house was great for playing games, sitting on the porch, watching tv, and just relaxing. Also a big plus there is plenty of lighting in the yard.

Perfectly peaceful getaway
Our family and friends greatly enjoyed this little gem in Fairhope. The property was tucked away yet not far from wherever we needed to go in town, with the closest grocery store just a few minutes away. This is one of the most clean, neat, and well-appointed properties of this kind I’ve ever stayed in. We found everything we needed and felt safe and comfortable here. Perfect for families with young children.

Quiet "GEM"
Located East of Fairhope, Ala, this residence is a TRUE JOY!! It is at the "end of the road" and watching local birds that included a large owl was fun!! House was ideal an the screened back porch was a great location to use to read or just enjoy the beautiful weather... Camellias were in bloom.. There is a new ALDI and PUBLIX near by, so grocery shopping is far easier than locations in Fairhope proper. Owner was quite helpul and neighbors across the field are GREAT FOLKS!! Our Aussie Shepherd accompanied us and enjioyed the location as well... We'll be back!!

Fabulous Fairhope stay
What a perfect house for our family. It was everything we needed. The house was spotless, towels nice and fluffy, all the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped with anything you would need to make some meals. If you plan a trip to Fairhope this is the house to rent! We will be back to rent again.
