Prime example of what an accurately described and high quality vacation property should be.
Absolutely what a CO vacation stay should be!! Nothing but praise. This property is definitely done right, makes an amazing family experience effortless. BTW - Anyone complaining about roads or weather needs to do their research before they consider ANY CO mountain vacation

We loved this property and it was very well conditioned with all the necessary tools to enjoy a family vacation. Location is a bit far but we didn't mind the drive. My only issue was with the lady that manages the property. The owner was great and would recommend to speak directly with her as her manager was very rude to me when I asked a simple question. The owner however, was polite and answered right away. If you overlook that then everything else was great and would recommend the stay,

Great Cabin nestled in the mountains! We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful cabin, fully furnished with everything we needed! The altitude did hit us that first night, but we adjusted and had a great time. We stayed in November after a couple of snowfalls, so our 4x4 was needed to reach the location.

Great mountain cabin!
Great cabin in the mountains! Although, we didn't expect to see other cabins so close. The road going up was very bumpy, didn't bother us a bit! Aspens were beginning to change, so some great color coming in the next few weeks! Close to some super hikes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

High Altitude Lodging
Overall staying at the property was nice. The accommodations were great. Some cautions - it's at 11,100 feet so altitude sickness can be an issue. There are about five miles of gravel roads to get to the house. Our 2WD van worked fine in July but I wouldn't want to try it in snow. Don't plan on watching a lot of tv; wifi and cable bandwidths in the mountains are subpar. But I don't want to put you off. Overall, we had a great time. Saw some Elk, lots of stars in the sky without city lights to obscure them, very nice place. Comfortable.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The high altitude took a few days to get used to, but well worth it! The road to the home was extremely rocky. Be prepared. Otherwise all was wonderful! Oh, there is a neighborhood bear!

Such a cozy, homey, clean place to stay! We had the best time! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. If you love beautiful scenery and cozy little small towns this cabin is the place to stay. 4 wheel driver car is a MUST! The cabin had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. Will definitely be staying her next year!

Great Getaway Spot
Our experience was wonderful. A beautiful cabin with all the conveniences you could want or imagine. Wonderful secluded location with beautiful views and cleanliness was perfect when we arrived. Location was ideally located between Fairplay and Breckenridge with plenty of options of things to do. Jennifer's communication prior to our trip was extremely helpful and her suggestions of things to do in the area was a big hit with our group. Thanks for a relaxing and wonderful visit!

Honestly couldn’t of asked for a better stay. Tons of hiking and things to enjoy within the region! Great food and people in Breck and FairPlay/South Park. I enjoyed the layout of the home and for some reason I thought the master was on the bottom level with the rest of the rooms but to my surprise it was on the main level which was perfect! Cozy little fireplace which we enjoyed all week and fully stocked to our cooking needs. Even had a wine bottle stopped which I had neglected to think about 😅. Highly recommend! We loved it!
