Loved my room and will stay again

Very clean, beds were comfortable, nice big windows overlooking the city on the 6th floor. Had little kitchen, will definitely stay here again. Oh and good food and drinks. Had great conversation with bartender.

POOR Heating / Frigid COLD Room

The hotel looks great BUT it’s FREEZING COLD! My room wouldn’t get warm and the air coming from the vents was not warm at all. I contacted the front desk at 11pm after waiting for the heat to kick in. He came and tried adjusting the thermostat but to no avail. When I asked if they had a space heater he told me that other guests were using them so he didn’t have any more to offer me…meaning that MANY other guests/rooms have the same exact problem.

The staff was great. The hotel looks like it is brand new. The elevators worked well. The fixtures in the room worked well. The temperature control in the room actually controlled the room temperature. That was wonderful. The water from the tap actually tasted better than any water in the area. I don't know what you do to treat your water but keep doing it. The Continental breakfast I enjoyed very much. Everything tasted very good and fresh. I would stay here again without giving it a second thought.
