Staff was amazing, the breakfast ladies are so joyful and helpful, 2 hot tubs were out but that was ok. We were in room 219- we have been in there before and had to switch rooms. The thermostat does not heat/cool the room. Usually its way to hot in there but this time was fine. The room had stains all over it and was dirty. It looked like they haven't changed the comforters. It was the same the last time we had that room

Cmon inn refused to refund me and charged my card as a no show when I had 100% cancelled on hotels.com before the cancellation cut off. Kept saying they stand by their no refund cancellation policy (said they never recieved notice from Hotels.com). Why should the customer get charged and penalized for miscommunication between both parties ??I got charged for nothing . So disappointed

A nice, quiet place. Good breakfast and nice area to enjoy it. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as most places. Room was large and had a nice recliner. Pricey, but it was a busy weekend in Fargo and there were no vacancies, so we were happy we booked early.
