If i could give it zero i would. We had a weekend booked, checked out the next morning. The creeking from the floor above us, the stomping. The bed spread had stains on it. The sink didnt go into the bathroom, it just did NOT make sense. I would NEVER go back.

The parking lot was WAY too small to accompanied hotel guests and the non-guests who use it to visit The Box during Bison games. The hot/cold water markers were mislabeled in the shower. The shower curtain kept opening, and the toilet clogged after the second use.

Has that old school hotel feeling from the 80's & 90's, but the beds are comfortable. Plus it across from the West Acres Mall. There an bar attached to the building for refreshments after hours. Prices are not that by, reasonable

Computer system was not working well when I checked in but Jaimie at the front desk was a rock star. Overall the stay was comfortable. It was a good place to stay if you are just needing a place to lay your head for the night.

Did not feel safe in room. I could see through the door to the hallway, and the parking area was not well lit. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, and there were no elevators. Staff was helpful.
