Good location, perfectly respectable for a short stay (recommend ear plugs in busy season as all new IHGs have thin walls). Call ahead to ensure pool is operational, it was not for my 24h stay with no warning. Lighting in rooms and common area was dark and uninviting - especially in the breakfast area recommend a bit more inviting set up. Breakfast items limited if you have any restrictions (no food for dairy-free or gluten free or vegetarian/vegan)

Bathroom Needs Repair
I really thought the hotel was very clean and updated. The bathroom tile was loose by the shower, mold noted on the silicone around the tub. I also noted a large crack on the ceiling and moisture damage on the back or the bathroom door, the bathroom needed repair.

The breakfast staff was amazing. Kept everything stocked and clean as best as possible. The pool area and pool bathroom was disgusting. Was going to tell front desk staff but she was busy with other guests. Hot tub was closed but that wasnt disclosed at check in.

The room was a handicapped accessible room. The hotel was at capacity. The bed was not comfortable. It was too saggy. The furniture was worn and the dresser drawer had damage. The curtain in the shower was too short and water ran out onto the bathroom floor. The 2 towels they provided were very small bath towels and not absorbent. The very worst Holiday Inn Express I ever stayed at. The hotel desparately needs an overhaul.

I picked this hotel off the pool and hot tub as well as how the bedrooms looked but my biggest thing was i wanted to spend time in the hottub, well when i got there upon checking in a dbl checked about the hot tub and pool and she said everything was working. Well we got to the hot tub and it was closed by the city!!! I feel i wasted my money i could have stayed someplace else and had the hot tub like i wanted.

Very nice & courteous staff. Why were microwaves removed from the rooms? Front desk told me I could use the one in the lobby. Not convenient. During checkout I learned I could have requested one sent to my room. After the fact. I may not not be coming back to Holiday Inn.

The staff when we checked in were really friendly and accommodating. When we left the hotel had an issue with hot water tanks so manager called to invite us back at a reduced fee. Although we didn’t use it we were pleased they made some effort to appease us. It was a great breakfast with high quality yogurts waffles and coffee we enjoyed

Friendly staff, yummy breakfast and nice rooms. The only comment about cleanliness - bathroom was clean, but needed bleach for mildew stains in grout in tub. Overall, I would stay here again.

Hall and elevator needed vacuuming. Room was slightly musty smelling but clean. Shower doors were crooked. Hotel seemed a little run down. Needed new carpeting and some other updates. Room did not have a microwave as shown in amenities. Breakfast area was clean and staff kept replenishing food. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Overall it was good

Another great stay
Our family met there for two nights. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the lobby area has space for families to gather. The kids loved the pool. The staff was great. We were very comfortable. This was our second time here, and probably won't be our last.
