Our first room was small and dirty. Tv was unconnected and the room was freezing when we arrived. The second room was very good. It was spacious with a comfortable bed.

Change not for the better
Where to start? This has been our hotel of choice for the last few years and have always had a great experience. This time not so much. I am guessing that there has been a change in management or ownership in the last couple of months. Had requested that there be no feather pillows due to an allergy, and 4 out of the 5 pillows were feather. Went to take a shower and the bottle of shower gel was empty. Asked at the front counter for some and the young gentleman tried to help but the lady that was there followed him in the back, then he came out and said that housekeeping would have to replace it. She was the same one that when we were checking in the previous day couldn’t stop talking about how she wanted to leave. The bed was extremely soft and bad for the back. The only redeeming factor on this trip was that the breakfast was still really good. Unfortunately, it may be time to try out a different hotel on our next trip to Fargo.

We had a room with two queen beds. One was dirty, had blood on the top blanket, headboard was filthy with an unknown dried liquid, the sheet had stains on it. We called and got new bedding we had to go down to the desk to get as it was 3amz. When removing the sheets the mattress topper had urine stains on it.
