→ This ground floor condo boasts 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, complemented by an enormous living area that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests, and even more if needed. The sleeping arrangements are as follows: a bedroom with a king-size bed, the living area with two comfy sleeper sofas, and an additional day bed. Extra pillows and blankets, high-quality cotton linens, and plush towels are provided to ensure your utmost comfort.

→ In the living space you'll find a 58" HDTV with Roku, offering access to streaming platforms like Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video. For family entertainment, we've stocked the condo with a variety of board games, puzzles, and toys. The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly blends with the living space and features a dining area for 6. Here you'll find all the essentials for culinary adventures and quick snacks: fridge & freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, toaster, and a wide selection of kitchen tools and tableware. For a bright start to your day, a Keurig coffee machine is at your disposal.

→ Additionally, we offer the convenience of both free on-site parking and free street parking, ensuring that your arrival and departure are hassle-free

→ This unit was a commercial space before we transformed it into this beautiful cozy retreat! This means that guests cannot control the heat and air conditioning; however, we do keep space heaters in the unit, so you can adjust the temperature to your comfort! Additionally, there are no windows inside the unit. There are two doors that may be used as exits which lead to the hallway where there is an additional door to the outside, just like a hotel or apartment! This condo is all on the main floor; no steps necessary to enter or utilize the space and it is handicap accessible.
