Great stay for small family Lagoon trip
I chose to rate this 5 stars as the overall experience was better than all the negatives that came up. I do, however, feel its best to be honest of both sides. The exterior property and apartments were well kept. It was in a very clean neighborhood, very close to great shopping and just a hop away from Lagoon. The gym and pool provided for the apartments was also well kept, quiet and clean. The apartment interior was clean, well kept and roomy for 6 people. Kitchen was mildly stocked compared to some im used to but still had enough of everything, i found no reason to stress. Same goes for bathrooms and bedrooms. There was some past water damage in the kitchens and bathrooms i noticed along floorboards but property rentals are what they are and again, it was in no way worthy of negativity toward the stay. Beds and furniture were not passed over with neglect. I felt the beds were comfy, the pillows soft and the towels were great. The sheets for the couch bed did have a stain on them which was not ideal. The garage is very small but it did fit our Ford Flex. You must be careful as doors will not be able to open fully but again, would rather have the garage than not. It was mostly unfinished, damaged from past renters and the stairwell was a bit of a filthy unfinished mess but not the end of the world. Largest complaint we had was the downstairs neighbor. Just walking up and down stairs or in the kitchen led to them banging on their ceiling at us. Felt bad but I couldnt float.
