It's definitely old, and they tried to update the room but needs more. Bathroom sink leaked all over the floor and AC sounds like a 747 getting ready to take off. The breakfast was good and the staff really nice but definitely needs more attention to rooms and hallways.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. One person (maintenance) held the door open when returning from dinner and another held the door open when carrying luggage to check out. A homeless person entered the hotel at breakfast and practically forced out of the hotel, but it's a common problem, maybe doors shoul always be locked?

Staff was friendly. Carpet in the room was old and worn and dirty. A/C was difficult to program and slow to cool. Breakfast was adequate but why do you keep butter in the fridge? It doesn't need refrigeration and is unusable when hard as a rock

Nice Overnight Stay.
A nice overnight stay in Farmington. The service was great. The Motel is older and could do with updating. The king bed was okay, the pillows a bit small. The pool looked very inviting, however we arrived too late in the afternoon and the sun was setting.
