Book Fatou hotels

Hotel was a great value. In the winter it’s too cold to swim outdoors but we brought tennis rackets and played lots of tennis, basketball and indoor swimming. The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was a smoking lounge inside the hotel lobby so the reception area always smelled like cigarettes. If the hotel would move the smoking area outside and away from the doors it would make the hotel much more appealing. It seems like a lot of the hotels in Djerba have indoor smoking.

This was one of the best hotel we have enjoyed our stay w excellent, courteous n helpful staff. Very nice ocean front facility. We would love to come back n enjoy this place.

Super séjour dans un cadre agréable.chambre spacieuse au calme .la restauration est de très grande qualités et variées .de nombreuses animations tous au long de la journée.un spa avec des masseuses très agréable.la piscine intérieure est grande et bien chauffée.en bord de plage et près d un lagon avec bcp d oiseaux.

Overall fantastic. A bit of difficulties at first but later things got much better and me and my wife enjoyed our stay and we wished it lasted longer. The lady at the room service was absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, providing us with info about Houmt Esouk. She makes this hotel proud. Mostafa, the room service was friendlier too. The food is absolutely delicious and to our taste. The hotel layout is out of this world and amazing. The swimming pools are very nicely maintained and the beach too with its lounge. I have walked along the beach to look at the other hotels but Plaza Hotel remained outstandingly nicer. Our balcony overlooks the side of the pool but the sea was right in front of us and it was nice waking up to that. I liked very much so the peace and quiet and the ability to sleep without any disturbances. The reception staff were also helpful and so was the guest relation gentleman who was all ears to any concerns. I spoke to many residents and they all share the same views and many of them if not all, it was not their first time there. Although I like the change but I would definitely go back there. I think they could do more to publicise their services as this is not well reflected on the website. I am surprised that I could not see English people in that hotel but from conversations we had with some at the airport on our return, we stayed at the best hotel.
