This newly remodeled ground-floor condo is located in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville's Entertainment District and just around the corner from renowned upscale food + drink spots like Atlas, Bordinos, Theo's, & Walton Arts Center. This home was remodeled in July of 2022. The layout of this home is very open and allows ample room with lots of natural light. The home offers a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and small laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. It comfortably sleeps four people. There are two beds: 1 King and one sofa bed that pulls out to a full Queen. The kitchen is supplied with all the needed pots, pans, and essential spices for cooking a delicious meal.
