We reserved this room using Expedia, but when we got to the hotel, they did not have our reservation. Even when I showed them the reservation on the Expedia App they could not find it. I had not pre-paid, so they were able to easily accommodate our family and give us another room at the same rate Expedia had quoted. But I was NOT happy with Expedia. Clearly, the hotel had no idea we would be there, and if it had been sold out, we would have had to scramble for another option. Staff were helpful, and even gave us a free upgrade to a room with two queen beds rather than a queen bed and pull out couch. Now, they may have given us this room because that was the only one available, but it is what it is. Hotel was very accommodating in being able to provide us a mini-fridge for medication as well.
