Nice apartment. Great location within walking distance to an array of restaurants. Had a few issues checking, for some reason I did not receive the check on e mail with instructions. Called the owner and he helped me out. Good value and location. I would stay here again.

Joey was a great host. Even ater a hiccup with accessing the property our overall stay was wonderful. The property was very clean, spacious, and well stocked with clean linens, pillows, blankets. This is wonderful condo. Location was perfect for walking and enjoying the Dickson street entertainment district. The condo was very nice and clean with all the extra comforts for guest. Would definitely stay at the Razorback retreat again and visit the beautiful peaceful city of Fayetteville.

We were in town to celebrate a birthday with our Razorback student and catch a basketball game. This location was so easy and convenient, walkable to everywhere and parking right behind the building. We would definitely stay there again!
