Welcome to St. Jerome Cottage! Located just 10 minutes from the town of Round Top and 10 minutes from Downtown Fayetteville. Close to town, yet perfect for a secluded getaway! This private oasis can sleep up to 6 people. Take a swim in the pool during the day, and relax on in the spacious living area in the evening. Please note, this listing is for the guest house. The entire property can sleep up to 15 people. Main house sleeps 9. Cottage sleeps 6.


This property is professionally managed by Hostie Vacation Rentals. They will be available during your entire stay!

Guests will have access to the guest house, pool, hot tub, and patio space around the pool. The pool, hot tub, and patio space around the pool are shared between the main house + guest house. The Guest House does not have access to the outdoor grill. Main house could have guests at it at the same time.

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $1500 with the added fee of $39 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

-This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay in the Main House. The pool, hot tub, and patio area are shared with the main house.
