SENSACIONAL POUSADA
Excelente estadia Parabenizo a Dil,Renata e o Maurício Super preocupados com hóspedes, faziam as reservas para nós. Infelizmente a pousada trata seus hóspedes de maneira inadequada. No local não há segurança NENHUMA, entram e saem qualquer pessoa hora que bem entender. Check-in com horario restrito, wifi não pega direito nos quartos, acabamento da pousada é ruim, chão batido ao invés de grama crescida, teve um dia que faltou ÁGUA somente no nosso quarto. Mas a cereja do bolo é que FOMOS ROUBADOS DENTRO DA POUSADA e a administração milagrosamente não viu nada nas câmeras rsrs. Péssima experiência na hospedagem no início de 2024.

Ótima pousada
Hotel bem localizado apesar da rua não ser asfaltada, instalações novas, atendimento ótimo, café da manhã excelente, roupa de cama e toalhas maravilhosas. Entre todas as qualidades tiveram dois defeito que infelizmente pra mim foram péssimos; a água do banheiro que parou de esquentar e o retorno de esgoto na pia do banheiro. O primeiro dia tivemos água quente e o resto dos dias não. A justificativa foi o problema em uma peça que fazia aquecer parte dos quartos da pousada. Tinham dias que chegávamos tarde no hotel e a única opção era a água gelada (ainda bem que estava bem calor na ilha) e as pessoas nos dizendo que “amanha” iria ser resolvido, dia após dia e assim foi até o fim da hospedagem. Quando conversamos sobre isso com o pessoal do hotel, falaram que eles também estavam tomando banho gelado, mas no caso, nós éramos os hóspedes. Enfim, de um modo geral indico a pousada porque a experiência foi muito boa.
