Very nice room and amenities. Breakfast was very good. Overall an excellent value. Only negative is the entrance is very tricky off of Lincoln Blvd.

Clean room and nice employees I was very disappointed in the breakfast. Very cheap and not good. Muffins and bagels were stale. No fresh fruit. No eggs. Plastic forks and napkins were very cheap. When you go cheap like that it says a lot about you. Don’t care about making a good impression on your guests or serving them with decent things. Made the hotel look really cheap. We won’t be back. You advertise a full breakfast and it was far from it. You want to see how breakfast should be served go check out the Best Western down the road. Unbelievable spread!

Room was clean, easy access to everything around. Spoke with management about no hot water in the mornings for showers. He said it because so many people were taking showers. The second day same thing. He was going to speak with the owner and see if we could get a discount. We received nothing

Same eggs every day. Where was the fresh fruit? Need more variety. No kitchen utensils, no plates, no kitchen towel or paper towels in the room. All would have been nice since there is room to heat food. Seems I remember they used to be there. I did however love the refrigerator with nice size freezer for our cold packs. Too bad the highway noise is right next to hotel on both sides.

We LOVED Lancaster Suites!! The rooms were spacious and clean. There were seating options, a nice mini fridge with freezer, extra sink, prep area, big closet, and comfy beds. The staff were EXCELLENT!! Breakfast included hot and cold options and was always well stocked. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a last minute booking for a spur-of-the-moment trip. The hotel staff was pleasant. The room clean and neat. The lighting was a bit dim and the hotel difficult to get to if traveling in the "wrong" direction always necessitated making a U-turn across a busy "stroad." Overall a good value.
