We’ve stayed here many times before it changed owners. If the name hadn’t changed, we wouldn’t have known the difference. Great place. Very clean. Dog friendly. Great food. Great price.

The room was okay and the bed was very comfortable and enjoyed a goodnight sleep. Although, breakfast was good and it would have been better if bacon and sausages were included. However, the stay was great.

The front desk clerk was very pleasant and let us checked in early, this give us enough time to make it to see Noah play. The area it is very convenient, many stores and the Sight and Sound theater only 5 miles

Quick overnight stay I’ve been to Lancaster at least 4 to 5 times a year. This was the first time staying at this hotel. It is an older hotel so with that being said it was what I expected that was comfortable couches and chairs do need to be replaced, worked out for a quick overnight And reasonable

The staff was nice, as was the suites, unfortunately I likely will not stay again because of the very limited breakfast option, even for continental. They can definitely step up in that area. Also the people above me were two noisy. My sleep was disturbed. I called the front desk but it persisted.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lancaster Suites! The suites are large, the beds are comfortable and everything is so clean! The location is perfect and we love that the hotel is kind of nuzzled back off the main road which allows for more privacy, more quiet and better safety. We'll definitely be staying again!

Housekeeping did not clean our room or provide fresh towels at all during our stay. We had to go down to the main desk and request. When we left on our last day, three of them were just talking in the hallway. The toilet in our bathroom was small and low. Like a child's toilet. Being older with bad knees, it was very difficult to use. Plus it was right up against the wall. Very tight. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. I liked the area. Parking was good. The kitchenette area was very nice (fridge, microwave, sink).

The room smelled extremely musty upon entering. Tried to use the Television but only said no signal. Had to leave next morning, grandchild was sick. When I asked for the refund it was 114 with 50 dollar deposit out of 404. He changed the room rate to 234 from 189 I put into Expedia and said THATS THE RATE! I SAID I would never return and suggest everyone else be Leary. Not a clean place nor friendly management.

The only down side to this hotel is the location between highways. Can get noisy. Despite that, this is my first choice when I have to work in Lancaster.
