Place has seen better days
Seems like this place has seen better days. So many things wrong with double room I had booked. Bathroom had no hook for towel, probably 10 watt bulb in bathroom, no soap/shampoo I had to ask two times. They server breakfast starting at 9AM, huh. Only reason to stay here is if you are on budget. Seems like people who run this place have zero interest in customer service!

Real value at the Riad
Everything was wonderful aside from a bathroom that could use a little attention to detail and a boring, skimpy breakfast. The manager, Mousy, was most helpful with planning, etc. The room seemed huge. Fez is fascinating and very high energy. R

Great location, mesmerising architecture inside
I loved my time here! Stayed here two nights and would happily again! Room was clean, tidy and beautiful. Bed was extra comfy. Delicious brekkie of juices, breads and olives. Staff was extremely hospitable, patient and helpful w questions and wonderful overall. I travelled as a solo woman and felt safe walking to/from the area. I would definitely come back here! And the beauty inside- the symmetry of the architecture and tranquility was really refreshing after the noise of the old medina.

The riad has a nice location on the edge of the medina with walking distance to all attractions and restaurants. (Blue Gate 1.0 km). The staff was really nice. There is always a person in the Riad for information or help. When we needed breakfast earlier, it was no problem. The breakfast was nice and variated every day. The room was big. We had the room on the rooftop with outside a very nice view of the medina. It was cleaned every day and comfortable. We would really recommend this Riad!!!

Die Tips vom Hotel zur Besichtigung der Medina, toll! Die Lage ist ruhig und sicher. Der abgesprochene Parkplatz war für marokkanischen Verhältnissen überteuert!
