Alles ist neu, das Appartment wurde vor ca. 2 Monaten neueröffnet. Die Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer sind gut. Das Badezimmer und die Bettwäsche waren sauber, jedoch war der Küchenbereich (Spüle, Arbeitsplatte, Spülmaschine, Teekocher) nicht ganz so sauber. Die Lage ist zentral. Mit dem Auto fährt man nach Erasta ca. 5-10 Min. , zur Strandpromenade ca. 10 Min. und nach Ölüdeniz ca. 25 Min. Der Vermieter wohnt direkt nebenan und ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Man sollte sich vor der Buchung mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung setzen und nach der Verfügbarkeit der gewünschten Wohnung erkundigen. Da die von uns gebuchte Wohnung nicht verfügbar war, wurde uns gegen Aufpreis eine größere Wohnung zugewiesen. In dem Appartment befinden sich nicht nur Ferienwohnungen, sondern auch normale Mietwohnungen.
