A-frame chalet with loft bedroom (queen size bed) , original art by local artists, central HVAC, large deck, electronic lock and outdoor private hot tub. Fully equipped designer kitchen, private bathroom with tub/shower, TVs in the living room and bedroom, and free high-speed internet. Professionally cleaned. This unit is also available as a two bedroom unit.
There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a hair dryer. Another great stay at this gem. My only complaint was hearing non stop barking from a neighboring property, otherwise my stay was perfect and will continue to use this gem as a home away from home.

Stayed here while visiting my daughter for week. Excellent location as it is right next door to university. Property is clean, well maintained and host was very quick to respond when booking. Will definitely look to stay again in future.

Nice getaway!
Paul was highly communicative throughout the process. This is a great little spot - with everything (and I mean, EVERYTHING) nearby. We loved the loft bedroom and deck but could see how this could be an issue for some people. We enjoyed being on the UF campus and having downtown right down the street!
