La casa dispone di un soggiorno spazioso e luminoso, con ampie finestre che vi permetteranno di godere della luce naturale. Inoltre, dispone di un giardino privato dove potrete godervi la vita all'aria aperta e rilassarvi al sole.

La casa è dotata di aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzato.La casa si trova sulla Costa Blanca con vista panoramica della zona, a 5 minuti in auto da Benidorm.

La casa dispone al primo piano di un soggiorno con sala da pranzo, una cucina a vista completamente attrezzata e un bagno di servizio.
Al secondo piano ci sono due camere matrimoniali dotate di aria condizionata caldo/freddo ed un bagno completamente ristrutturato.
