Welcome to Ocean's Edge Retreat, a stunning oceanfront property in picturesque Fishermans Bay, Port Stephens, accommodating up to eight guests (max six adults). Enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, dramatic rock formations, and the iconic Stockton Sand Dunes, all just a 15-minute drive from Nelson Bay.

The main living area boasts soaring high ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the magnificent ocean panorama. Two sliding stacker doors open onto a spacious balcony, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The open-plan design includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a return bench and four bar stools, perfect for casual dining or entertaining. The lounge area features comfortable seating, including a sofa bed for two children, and a dining table for six.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and a large window with a cozy built-in daybed offering breathtaking ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two extra-long single beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed, along with a TV.

Designed for year-round comfort, the property includes split-system air conditioning in the main living area and master bedroom. It also has a main bathroom with laundry facilities, a small single garage for beach and water equipment, and off-street parking for vehicles or a boat.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
