Truly a phenomenal space to get into nature but still be near the city. The silence and trees in the distance were tranquil for the soul. The home inside is beautiful and comfortable. I really appreciated the communication from management being cordial and prompt. Overall, I’d recommend anyone to stay here! Hidden gem near Flagstaff.

I love this property!!! I love setting on the back patio and looking into the forest! Relaxing with coffee and friends! We stayed here a few years ago and love coming back. It’s a great place to share with friends. Love the peaceful quiet area. And it’s great that there are two king rooms and two bathrooms. I love forward to my next visit!

There was plenty of room for our family never felt crowded. The cabin felt very welcoming, couches and beds were super comfortable and had plenty extra amenities that were much appreciated. Great location for Flagstaff, Williams and Sedona. We especially loved the oversized hot tub. We are all excited to stay here again!!

Perfect Getaway for Some Peace and Quiet
Spent 5 nights and we could not have been more pleased with our choice of location and the property. Perfectly located distance from Sedona (drive down 89A), Grand Canyon (drive up 180) and the town of Flagstaff itself (beautiful little downtown). The house was clean, well furnished and most of all private and VERY quiet while still within a neighborhood. We had a small glitch with the hot tub during our stay but the owner was very responsive and had things corrected in a timely manner via the service company. We DEFINITELY have this location marked as a place to return to, and we cannot say that very often. Many thanks to the owners for making this trip a worry free escape to the mountains of AZ.

Pictures made the property look much bigger. No storage in kitchen for our groceies. House seemed cluttered. Garage bedroom had multiple spiders....bathroom TINY. Was there a living room?? Small bedroom for TV viewing. Back deck was fabulous. Very relaxing. Overall a nice visit

The house was perfect and so was the location. We loved everything about flagstaff. We would have loved to sign the guest book but there was not a single pen at the house. Other than that everything was better than we hoped!!!

Pros: Great views - great patio - great home Cons: Neighborhood is run down. No water pressure at master bath and very little hot water at the master bath. Great place for two, if more than that, everyone is sharing the hall bath.

We chose the property because of its location between Sedona and The Grand Canyon. A few issues that were taken care of after contacting the owner. The filter in the refrigerator was out and wasn't replaced until our last night here. We had to purchase some items (lightbulbs/toilet paper/paper towels) that, for the amount of money I spent for the house, should have been provided. Cleaning supplies were locked in a closet - the owner told us where the key was so that we could access them. No blender! The afore mentioned issues (except the refrigerator filter) didn't detract from our stay. James, the handyman, was amazing!

We loved this property!! The pictures are accurate representations of the home, but what isn’t pictured is the quaintness of the community; and the fact that you are 5 minutes away from beautiful, snow-capped mountain views. We wanted rustic, and got Rustic-Deluxe. The location was perfect—the cabin served as a welcome home base for our adventures in Sedona and the Grand Canyon, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end the day and soothe muscles tired from the day’s activities. The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had, and the check in/check out process was a breeze. Book this cabin—it’ll be the cherry on top of your Arizona vacation.

The cabin was extremely clean with plenty of basic kitchen essentials, linens and the spa was sparkling clean and warm. The spa was a winner for the family evenings after skiing. The only negative I could say was the landscaping needed to be tended to. Weeds in the front and back that look over grown and overlooked. The other was the pictures look like a living room exists with a TV and couch, however it is a 3rd bedroom. So no common TV area, that would be in one of the 3 bedrooms. It was fine for us considering we had older children. All in all I could live with those, because the positives out weighed the negative. I would definitely rent again. DA

Great property with excellent amenities. We used the Mountainaire house as our home base for hiking in the area. After a day on the trail, it was great to come back to the hot tub & fire pit. The house features all the modern conveniences in a beautiful peaceful setting. We would highly recommend.
