Fantastic : clean, safe and convenient B&B directly opposite Santa Maria train station. Easy walking to all that Florence has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful with local suggestions on what to see and where to eat.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with every staff member going above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. The facilities were fantastic, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Special shoutout to Carlos at the bar—he was incredibly friendly and mixed some of the best drinks we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place!

The best B&B or Hotel in Florence.
There is nothing negative about this hotel or b&b. Right out side of Santa Maria Novella train station. Centrally located, most of the area is at walking distance. Very clean and upscale hotel. I give 5 star. Very friendly staff. Alex is the best person, very friendly and helpful.

Property only 1 minute walk from train station and 10 minutes walk from main attractions. You have to go through a large wooden door and up 2 flights of stairs ( or small lift ) to get to Reception. Once you know the layout, it's not an issue. The staff are really lovely and helpful and nothing is a bother to them. I would book again if ever back in Florence.

This B&B is a gem in Florence! The location right next to the train station makes it super convenient to roll in and out. It’s also walkable from the Central areas and attractions. The room was surprisingly well done! You can tell a lot of attention went into putting the place together. The staff were super nice and made us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here in future trips to Florence.

Firstly, the customer service was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were always friendly and helpful. The hotel isn’t huge, but they still took the time to greet you and show you to your room. Every time you walked pass the desk, they greeted you and made you feel welcome. Secondly, the hotel was very clean and had everything our family of four needed, including a kitchen. The air conditioning was excellent and a great relief, given the weather was 37C and sunny. Lastly, the location was great. We came into Florence by train and we literally crossed the street and we were at our hotel. Most of the historical sites that you come to Florence to see, were within a 20 minute walk. Next time we come to Florence, we will definitely stay here again.

Great Location
Great location across from the train station and 5-10 to main attractions and shopping. Second floor of an office building so very quiet and not busy. AC worked well as did the big shower Would stay here again for sure

This is a great little hotel. The value for what you get is fantastic, especially compared to other tourist hotels in Italy and wider Europe. The room we had was as big as an apartment with two TVs, a huge bathroom with a bathtub, and a comfortable living room area. The windows even had motorized retractable covers! But the best part was the service. The nice woman who checked us in was kind, cheerful, and enthusiastic. She pulled out a map and gave us solid recommendations of routes to take in the city and things to see. Also, the hotel is right by the main train station in Florence, making it super easy to get in and out. Which is extra helpful because there's nowhere to sit in the station, so being close by saves you from standing around too long. I normally don't leave reviews but felt the need to because this place is great. Highly recommended!

Don’t be scared by its location. The security of this hotel is well taken care of. The room is very clean and tidy. The aircon is great and working well. I have to add that the the noise issue has been rectified. We stay in a street facing room and the night was really quiet. We learned from the owner later that she spent a lot of effort on it and she changed all the window glasses.

The staff was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating. They offered very good recommendations for locations and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, and our room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having the space to eat dinner at a table in our room after a long day of sightseeing. Having quick proximity to restaurants was also helpful. Although I really appreciated and generally understood the many door security measures, it was a bit surprising at first. However, we always felt safe and figured this was due to the proximity of the train station (A real plus!) and bus stops.
