Absolutely beautiful, postcard-worthy grounds - do take a walk around & take lots of photos. Rooms were quaint & there was a problem with the water supply on our first night (granted it wasn’t the property’s fault). But overall, with the shuttle service to town thrown in, it was a positively memorable 3-day stay.

Amazing hidden gem!!!!
This hotel is just wonderful, the best hotel we ever stayed at. Even comparing with hotels in the US this one is far the best. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property included a small and comfortable bus with the best bus driver, so nice and friendly, he took us to center of Florence. We did not have to drive there. The breakfast was amazing. The ladies at the breakfast area were all the time smiling and replenish all the breakfast items all the time, making sure nothing is missing. The reception greeting was amazing, we felt very well received, the lady showed us all the hotel areas. This hotel is a hidden gem. The beautiful view from our room and the gardens they have that you can walk around any time you want. Olive trees, the pines trees and the view of the hotel is just unique. The restaurant food was so good and they gave us free champagne to celebrate our anniversary that I mentioned in the reservation, they made us feel so special at dinner time. Our room was extremely clean and they made our bed, changed towels and cleaned while we were out. I highly recommend this hotel. Amazing amazing amazing!!!!

Property is beautiful. We had an inconvenience with the heater and hot water for one day. It was resolved. Property needs some updates but overall it was in good condition. It felt like a beautiful Tuscan Villa. You can definitely enjoy the stay. They have a shuttle which drops you off a mt two of the piazzas. It’s not really far from the main attractions in Florence. Taxi rides were not super expensive.

This property was one of a kind! We stayed one night in a superior double room with king bed and it had a gorgeous view of the city. The surroundings were amazing. Lots of beautiful views. We only had breakfast and it was great. Service and staff were very accommodating and friendly. The shuttle to and from the main city was an added bonus. Just FYI, the only way to get to the hotel was via taxi which wasn’t super expensive. The bed was comfortable, bathroom small but good enough since it was only two of us. Overall, a very unique experience in a beautiful hotel with even more amazing views.

Always a pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly (they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable), the rooms are nice, the view from the hotel is spectacular, and the dining at the hotel is awesome. Upon our early morning checkout the staff made sure to pack us a boxed breakfast to accompany us to the airport.

This property is beautiful. The service was outstanding. The front desk staff were very helpful and professional. The gardens are full of serenity. The only thing we did not like is the bed. It was uncomfortable and gave me a backache. Loved the restaurant and the food provided. Dinner was outstanding and well worth the price. I would recommend renting a car as getting taxi to get there was really hard even with rideshare apps. We appreciated the shuttle service to explore Florence.

La Dolce Vita!
Absolutely beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel grounds were lovely and it was a short walk to the Piazzale Michelangelo for a gorgeous sunset view of Florence from across the Arno! Dinner in the hotel was nice and the wine selection superb.

Such a lovely place to stay, its exactly what you want from an Italian villa! The gardens are amazing and the rooms are modern but still with authentic italian touches such as shutters on the windows Great views of main Florence from the hotel and they offer a free shuttle service at certain times but it is a lot of uphill walking if you dont get the shuttle The restaurant served amazing food and it was very reasonably priced, there is also a lovely bar on the premises We would definitely return here again for a romantic getaway
