It’s only two stars so don’t expect too much. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are cozy, the air conditioning was essential on 40c days in August. It’s across the street from the river and in a pleasant residential neighborhood and a short walk from the Ponte Vecchio and the central tourist locations in Florence. Good breakfast with fresh cut fruit as well as all the typical options.

Great. Wifi wórked great, room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. About 10-15 mibs walk to palazzo. Nice walk. Room has avout 15 mosquitos in which cant be helped but you should be prepared

Budget stay in Florance
The hotel will meet your expectations if you keep in mind - you get what you pay for. The room was sufficient. It served its purpose, which was to put me in proximity to the city center. I walked everywhere and it took a good 30 min to the center, but it’s a pleasant walk and goes by quickly. The breakfast was decent. Nothing exciting but it will get you going for the day. I would recommend the hotel to anyone on a budget and wants to see Florence.

We liked the location, across the street from river walk, with various popup restaurants in the summer. Location was lively and is about a 12 minute cab ride to all the main attractions. Our room was decent, beds were comfortable, but was a bit cramped. Bathroom was also very small and shower floor flooded. No fridge in the room either. Breakfast was minimal, with assorted pastries, coffee machine and two kinds of ham to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was so nice and friendly at Hotel Arno. Ermal was our favorite! Breakfast every morning was great, and it was in a very good location, great walk-ability! The only downside was that the AC had been turned off for the season, and there are no screens on the windows, so we got some mosquito bites during the night.

Friendly staff. Arranged late parking direct with hotel by email. Left car in car park for day whilst visiting Florence. Main tourist area about 10-15 minute walk. Bedroom compact but very clean. Had air conditioning which you will need during height of season No complaints

Everything we needed
Lovely hotel. Stayed for 4 nights. Nice clean comfortable room. Breakfast consisted of croissants. Pain chocs. Toast. Cereal. Hams. Cheese. Yoghurts. Fruits. Rice cakes. Good variety. All staff we encountered were very nice. Hotel is across from the river. 25 min walk to centre of florence or a 10 min bus ride on the number 14 feom behind hotel.

On the river - affordable Flirence
Staff was very helpful, especially in calling taxis. Clean, excellent breakfast, nice breakfast area and outdoor sitting area. Basic hotel, but very comfortable. High ceilings, good TV and wifi Connection. Pretty quite and safe. We would stay there again, good value.

The hotel I said in an older buildding beside the river and a busy avenue. The a/c was not working and was not repaired until the last night of our stay. They offered a breakfast which was very nice. Alll but one of the front desk clerks were very nice. They did Go out of their way to help accommodate us while the a/c was down. Overall I have stayed at better places and worse.

Character Hotel by the River
The front desk staff at the Hotel Arno Bellariva were stellar. Very helpful and friendly; offered to help me with my luggage as there is no lift and moved me to an upper floor room when I requested it with no problem at all. The hotel is located across the street from a park and the Arno River. It is a nice park for a walk in the evening. It is about a 20-30 minute walk to the center of the city and about the same to the Piazza Michelangelo and Olterano making it a good central location. I found it quiet at night and I thought the breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options to choose from and the warm croissants were wonderful. The single room is very tight but the small double was quite comfortable. I would recommend as a good hotel if you are on a budget.
