We stayed 8 nights at this hotel and we enjoyed every minute! It’s located in a great area, walking distance to the train. Many restaurants and bars right in front of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Danielo at the front desk was there to answer all of our questions. The breakfast that was included is incredible. No need to go anywhere else! We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is centrally located and an easy 20 minute walk to most must-see sights. I had a room with a view of the piazza which was magical during the day and evening. I would highly recommend.

After staying in Milan, we continued our Italian Holiday with a 4 nights stay in the Garibaldi Blu. The location in the North Centro is excellent, only a short walk away from the railway station and there are a number of sites of interest (e.g. Duomo, Battistero & Campanile) a short walk away. Similarly for the Galleria degli Uffizi & Ponte Vecchio. The hotel is a little quirky, but impeccably clean and our room was very nicely furnished and was kept pristinely clean by housekeeping, who replenished the bottled water daily. The quality and variation of food for breakfast was very good. All of the hotel staff was excellent, very friendly, professional, helpful, cheerful and always with a smile on their faces. We’d like to add a special thank you to Carolina on reception for the invaluable help on the different local restaurants and also her assistance with the Italian Railway system, which made our additional trip to Pisa very easy to do.

We absolutely loved this hotel! Walkable distance to the main sights of Florence and a beautiful location close to the train station with many restaurants just outside. The staff were amazing. They offered to store our bags prior to check in and after checkout. They even upgraded our room to one with a view overlooking the beautiful square. The included breakfast has a lot to offer, more than most of the other hotels we had stayed at during our trip. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

I was supposed to stay at this hotel, but 3 days before my flight, I got COVID, so I wasn't able to travel where I was supposed to attend my close friend's wedding and my birthday. Every hotel, including United Airlines, gave me a full refund. They didn't even give me a hard time, but this hotel and manager, who lacks common sense, refused to give me my money back. What am I supposed to do? Get on the airplane with COVID and get everyone sick? How come every other hotel of this trip and even my airline gave me a full refund with my proof of positive COVID test but they "can't." I would NEVER support this hotel. I contacted this hotel 1 week before I was supposed to check-in. I will do everything to get my money back from this hotel.

I have to say that this hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly especially the two ladies at breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety and very tasty. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was a little small, but very comfortable. Amazing stay in this hotel and central to everything. We would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints whatsoever!!!
