Overall it's still OK, but the soundproofing of the room is very poor. You can hear the TV sound from next room or if they are talking louder In the night time. Also when the housekeeping staff cleaned the floor room made the noise even worse!!

O hotel é muito bacana!!! Confortável, o quarto era grande e ótimo banheiro. Fica próximo a estação Santa Maria Novella o que facilita para usar o transporte de trem e pegar outros transportes internos da cidade!!!! Curtimos muito e retornaremos se tivermos outra oportunidade!!!!

The location of the hotel was convenient to the train station. . They had a nice breakfast buffet that made the start of the day easy before going to our tours. The staff was very helpful.and polite.
