Quite quaint and comfortable environment.
The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. Very helpful staff and amazing breakfast with several choices. The use of reuseable dishes not only make it eco-friendly but very dainty. The bathroom was quite clean and modern. The shower stall however, could do with a floating or hanging shelf. A great experience staying here.

Excellent location
Great location, only 10 minutes walk from the Vecchio Palazzo and mostly unaffected by the (2024) ZTL (in case you arrive by car). The staff was mostly helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. Small negatives: (1) Parking around is not easy and quite expensive, so make sure you pre-book with the hotel; (2) Breakfast buffet is rich, but doesn't get replenished. Once item are gone, they are GONE. However, coffee machine makes great cappuccino; (3) would be good if the hotel had a water dispenser available 24/7.

Good spot, walking distance from central Florence
Stayed one night only to see the town late in the afternoon and visit museums and monuments the day after. Provided all is open and you book your tickets in advance, it’s doable. The hotels is well located, clean, and the staff is nice and helpful. Good value for money.

Perfect hotel for florence
Such a warm welcome from staff and the hotel is so central for travelling around Florence everything is within 15 mins walking distance. The hotel itself appears to have been half renovated with rooms downstairs a bit more modern and whilst our room on the third floor was a little tired (the hairdryer appeared to have seen better days) it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing so much choice and an added bonus as I did not realise it was included. The garage is secure and a must if you have hired a car otherwise you risk getting it towed or fined. The hotel is just outside the ZTL zone and we arrived on a Sunday so the charges didn’t apply anyway. Definitely great for the price.

Easy walking distance to main attractions, but a little calmer than the center of the tourist hub. Lots of nice neighborhoods to walk through with restaurants visited more by locals than tourists. Rooms are spacious and have high ceilings; good breakfast.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff were friendly and very helpful I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever go back to Florence I would hesitate to stay there again.

We were very pleased. The room was very spacious, significantly more than I expected from the pictures. The beds were comfortable. We were 3 people, and everyone had a good place to sleep. The staff was excellent and very friendly.
