We were given a room right beside the parking garage light and the sign of a restaurant. Even with the curtains drawn the room was well lit throughout the night. It was very noisy in the early morning hours with people making lots of noise downstairs. Other than this they had a great restaurant - a bit pricey but not much other choices close by. Most of the staff was friendly. They have a 45 minute limit for the spa. However by 35 minutes someone knocked on the door and said they wanted to start cleaning for the next guests. They have a washer and dryer which is helpful, however you have to pay to dry the items twice as it does not dry very well. The area outside the hotel seems a bit unsafe and lonely so we opted to use cabs.

The hotel was quite nice. However, the standard double room was very small for two people. We were spending two weeks in Italy with 2 nights in Florence & had four bags in total. We barely had any floor space to open more than one at a time. Friendly staff & about a 7 minute walk from the statue of David.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, a close walk to main attractions and shopping, while also being off the beaten path. The staff were very pleasant and always helpful. The room showers were nice and it was great to have a gym on the premises. It was a nice mid range hotel, nothing fancy.

I enjoyed this hotel. It was about a 5-8 minute from one of the main areas. Breakfast was good at a cost. The staff was so kind and helped us find places and get taxis when we did need it.

Great location only two blocks from the Michelangelo, David exhibit and museum…. 5 blocks from the duomo and Piazzas. The IQ hotel had a wonderful restaurant some of the best food we found in the city excellent pastas, pizzas and wonderful wine list. Very reasonable prices!

20 - 30 minute walk from train station, you DON'T need a car unless you are driving to MANY different areas, it's crazy to try and navigate the roads. Get Euros America! Laundry self service was very nice, 4 Euros per load for both washer and dryer, didn't over pack the washer! Pool was very nice, you don't need the terrace, doesn't look out into much. Didn't forget your fire stick 😉

Jean and all of his staff were very warm and helpful hosts. We loved how easy it was to walk to the sights we wanted to see. The property was clean and updated. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was incredible. Very modern inside, the staff was friendly and helpful for everything we needed. We were able to run laundry here, use the pool, and the gym. It was close enough to the main downtown area (15-20 min walk) but far enough away where it was quiet and peaceful at the hotel. The room and bathroom were immaculate, extremely clean and they serviced our room every day which was great. Will absolutely stay here again in the future

The location and staff are great, room was clean and the amenities were nice. But be aware, although the rooms are advertised as “soundproof” they are NOT! You can hear everything in the hallways, the pool area and the surrounding streets at all hours of the day.
