Great! We were right in the middle of the action, we walked to all the major sights like Michelangelo’s David and the Cathedral within 5 minutes. So many food options (especially gelato). The only downside we had was our shower. It would have been fine if any time we showered water didn’t go literally EVERYWHERE - we had to constantly mop up. This was a really great hotel outside of that though, would very highly recommend!

We reserved a superior double and the room and bathroom were amazing! Very spacious, overlooking the Piazza, and close to the Duomo and centrally located. The one snag was that I had selected this room because the Expedia description said it slept 3, and we had one night our son was staying with us. The room only had one bed, though, so we asked if they could provide extra pillows and towels, and maybe a small bed. The desk attendant (not the one who checked us in) made it seem like this was a big problem. I tried to explain about the Expedia description (must be a mistake or they meant a baby), but they eventually gave us a small bed and charged us an extra 20 Euros for the last night. Otherwise, this was a near perfect stay.
