In general, it’s an ok hotel. Not as nice as the pictures suggests. Showers are a bit moldy. Faculty looks old. For the price, you can find better.

It was easy to check in. The room was clean and orderly. The hotel is close to the train station and important sites like the Duomo. We felt safe and were happy everything we wanted to see was a few minutes away.

This hotel was very nice. The rooms were huge and clean, the beds were comfortable and appointed with high end linens, air conditioning was great, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The staff was very helpful, the included breakfast was served in a beautiful courtyard and was delicious- seriously, try the waffles- and the hotel is very centrally located. Overall, we had a great experience. As the purpose of these reviews is to give people an idea of what to expect, I do have to offer a few criticisms. The furniture in the rooms was older and a bit shabby. And unfortunately, the outside of the hotel is covered in graffiti. Otherwise, we had a very nice time, and I recommend this hotel highly.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Located right across from train station, walking distance to all the major spots. Felt very safe. Definitely would recommend.

Overall, our one night stay was terrific. Being so close to the train station was fabulous - made getting in and out of Florence very easy. Room was quite large, bed was very comfortable, my only comment would be that the whole environment was a bit sterile. Could not have been an easier location though.
