Incredible place to stay. Great hotel, great location but most of all incredible staff. We loved every moment of our stay. The front desk staff become friends and very good ones who we will always remember and stay in contact with. When we think of Florence we think of them. We would recommend this hotel to everyone. If we could we would give it 10/10

What a wonderful find! A cute little hotel in the middle of high end shopping street. Walkable to everything offered by Florence ,Food,Fashion,Monuments, as well as the train station and the opera theaters. Will stay there again.

Excellent hotel, staff so helpful and some lovely touches such as eye mask and ear plugs for the flight. Complimentary soft drinks and coffees a nice gesture as well. Really recommend this hotel for somewhere small, friendly and well located.

Lovely hotel, very central to attractions and shops. Nice size of room and balcony was a bonus. On top floor so room beside communal breakfast/lounge area meant room could be noisy at times of other guests outside room in evening- not really an issue for us. Breakfast basic continental but all tasty.

Milu hotel might be on one of the fanciest steets in Florence and it is beautifully decorated and modern despite the studied retro style. Our room had a wonderful view over the wide street. It would be redundant to mention that most city historic attractions are a short walk away, and they are. During our stay in Florence we booked two hotels, both were good choices, though Milu is the one we would definitely book again.

In an upmarket area of florence, it is central to near everything. A great property with extremely helpful staff. During peak season there may be street noise from the square down the road, but this isnt in the hotels control. A beauitful place to stay and visit.

Milu Hotel was in a great location surrounded by all designer shops. It was a safe, walkable area. All major tourist areas can be reach with a 10 minute walk along with the train station. The staff were very attentive and gave wonderful dinner recommendations. We will definitely be back on our next trip!
