Piscinas aquecidas, é o diferencial. Café da manhã razoável, podiam melhorar a qualidade dos sucos e colocar torradeira disponível. Quarto com bom espaço, cama confortável, porém são 2 colchões de solteiro e não casal.

Para lazer uma excelente opção
Ja me hospedei algumas vezes nesse hotel, e até fiquei com receio de ir esse ano devido a varios comentários ruins que li, mas para mim foi uma grata surpresa o hotel esta passando por melhorias e claro que toda reforma causa transtornos mas nada que me incomodou, ficamos num quarto que ja passou por reforma e ficou muito bom, a única ressalva seria melhorar a persiana corta luz que devido a iluminação da rua acaba entrando claridade a noite. As piscinas termicas e jacuzzis estavam com uma temperatura otima, a maior parte do tempo com funcionario salva vidas. O atendimento foi maravilhoso da recepção, lavanderia e camareiras. Cafe da manha compativel com o valor das diárias. Para mim continua sendo uma ótima opção principalmente para quem vai a lazer. Melhor custo benefício para o complexo de piscinas da região. Recomendo. Quem espera muito precisa ir para um hotel 5 estrelas, o Tropicanas atende com excelência na sua categoria.

O hotel é muito bom, a piscina aquecida estava na temperatura boa, mas não tem escada para descer e houve um acidente. No quarto, o ar condicionado estava fazendo barulho e o telefone não tinha linha.

O quarto que fiquei necessitava de reformas. Ar-condicionado muito antigo sujo e barulhento, optamos por não utilizar. Banheiro muito sujo. Tampa do vaso quebrada. Café da manhã sem nenhuma variedade. Várias vezes não tinha ovo, por exemplo. Proibido entrar com bolsa no restaurante, achei isso estranho. Check out às 10, impossibilitando praia ou piscina neste dia.

De fato é uma pousada de estrangeiros, a acústica do quarto é muito ruim, dá para ouvir o que as pessoas estão falando fora dele, sem falar no barulho do elevador. O café da manhã foi igual todos os dias, bem fraco para falar a verdade.

Ok, mas falta manutenção e cuidados.
Hotel antigo, falta manutenção e cuidado. Tem uma ótima estrutura mas não parece receber o zelo necessário. Algumas partes estão em reforma mas pelo que li em outros comentários a reforma é antiga já. Nosso quarto estava limpo, mas tinha cheiro de fechado, mofo. Café da manhã oferecido era bom, nada demais mas tinha frutas da estação, pão, queijo, presunto… o suficiente. Não senti falta de nada. Eles servem também janta, paga a parte, buffet de pizza e algumas outras opções. Achei bom, ótima opção para quem viaja pra lá na baixa temporada e não tem tantos restaurantes funcionando. Piscinas são legais, com horários um pouco ruins de funcionamento mas estavam claros no anúncio então já fomos sabendo como era. Provavelmente não voltarei.

Hotel bom , área de lazer com um diferencial de piscinas térmicas e tobo água , porém, as quedas de energias incomodaram bastante ,mas acredito que existe uma grande chance de se resolver este problema , para que seja mais agradável a outros visitantes. Ainda sim eu recomendo para outras pessoas.
