The parking was difficult even with the map. I stayed 3 br apartment, it was fine. The elevator was slow and the water pressure was weak. Overall, it was ok for 2 nights, and the restaurant in the courtyard was 5 stars!!!

The Palazzo is a beautifully renovated old building with all modern amenities one could wish for. Our apartment had a fully equipped kitchen and even a washing machine. The property is located in the heart of Parma and in easy walking distance to sights and restaurants. It is an approximately 1 km (0.7 mile) easy walk from the train station. Our booking included breakfast which was not actually in house but could be enjoyed at either one of 2 cafes just around the corner. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent property overall. Parking is a major challenge but doable. Rooms are quite basic and bathrooms. Definitely need more work shelving for example. The property itself though is very cozy.

The property was in the heart of the historic zone. We had some difficulties with the driving directions, but we figured it out eventually. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and had a separate kitchen.

A very nice stay that felt luxurious. The location cannot be beat and the room was just fantastic. Views of the cathedral and plaza from the window and a Guide Michelin restaurant around the corner, where we had both breakfast and dinner. Super nice staff too. Highly recommended.

The property is immediately across the courtyard from the Duomo and Baptistry - both are great sites to visit. The room is spacious and comfortable. Parking is remote - about a quarter mile - but the ground is level making transporting luggage manageable. There is an elevator at the property.
