The Embassy Suites @ PDX is an older property, so it definitely shows wear & tear. However, it was clean, the bathroom was clean and well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and plenty of clean towels. The staff was nice. And, it’s so convenient, which is a huge plus.

My family and I stayed here for a night and wasn’t expecting this location to be so nice. We had booked a double bed and boy it was a huge room. Would definitely booked this hotel again when in Portland.

Property was so beautiful and breakfast was awesome as well. Many options to choose from we liked the option to personally order omelets and they’ll cook it for you on the spot. The location was great and close to many other places to eat and shop and also not far from downtown Portland. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely stay again.

The property and guest room is dated and unattractive. The shower was good and the beds were comfortable. We were there for two nights and the bathroom was not adequately stocked with towels and toilet paper. The automated guest services feature is annoying; I prefer to speak to a live person. While not specific to Embassy Suites, the nightly room rate is significant and the $20 per night parking change is nuts and yet we no longer receive automatic daily cleaning service or replenishment of in room coffee; that's infuriating.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They had a shuttle to/from the airport every 15 minutes. I couldn't ask for more!
