The hotel was in a great spot, just yards from the main shopping centre and other attractions. The receptionist (Sarah) was so friendly and gave us advice on what we could do with our 5yr old granddaughter.

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. Nice welcome from reception on arrival. Room clean and great for what we needed. Good breakfast and staff all very friendly particularly Sarah I think It was who was nice and chatty.

Great central location
Hotel is really central for everything. 5-10 minutes walk from bus station, railway station, V&A, the Discovery, riverside walks, shops etc. Good choice for breakfast. Hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Location is right at end of Tay Bridge so it's a busy road outside but there are crossings.

Easy to get to, parking near by, within minutes of city centre. Lovely room , clean and comfortable. Although I didn’t go for breakfast my son told me there was a great choice offered . Would definitely stay again.
