Good basic hotel
Service very friendly. Love the fact that it is dog friendly. Loved the fact that there was a newer rug-free floor. Furniture and cabinets all older with scuffs and edges worn everywhere. Clean room except there were a few "special" hairs in the bathroom corner and mold/mildew in the shower grout. Nothing too crazy. Bed comfy and clean, comfy pillows. Nice view out the window. Overall felt comfy, basic and safe. Would stay again.

The rooms are fairly large, and the beds are relatively comfortable. The property takes Non-Smoking very seriously, which is a real plus for those who don't smoke. There is no breakfast offered, only coffee in the entrance lounge. Coffee in room is horrible. But, there is a fridge and MW for convenience. In over one week, I only ever saw two luggage carts for the entire hotel. This property is not awful, but it looks and feels older. WiFi was decent, and there was just enough parking. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, and the location is right off Hwy 97. Overall, this is an average place to stay.

It was nice except they messed up check in for someone else and they walked into our room around midnight when we were in bed. Then when i called the desk she said she'd moved us which she had not. Otherwise we always stay at Shiloh when we go to klamath and will continue to do so.

First time staying at Shiloh Inn. Beautiful hotel and spacious room. Very comfortable bed!! Will definitely be back next year, when i come back to visit family. The desk clerk was very kind. She printed out my boarding pass for my flight. Thank you so much.

I appreciated the pool and hot tub being open. I found a used bandaid in my bed, and it looked like the room hadn't been cleaned in a while. There was dust on every surface and hair on the floor in the bathroom. The other bed seemed fine, so we slept in that one.

Least comfortable bed I have ever slept on. It was like sleeping on wooden planks lightly covered with a blanket. If you like ultra firm mattresses, this may be a restful stop for you.
