10-101 Seacrest Villas

Located on the Intracoastal Waterway 3 blocks from one of the best beaches in South Florida. Sleeps 4. Private patio, central air, WiFi and cable with two smart TVs. Full kitchen, BBQ, pool, and dock. Laundry facilities on property. Close to restaurants, music, nightlife, and stores or just stay and relax with a phenomenal view. Watch multi-million dollar yachts go by, jet skiers, sightseeing boats, kayakers and more!

Beautiful, large one bedroom, one bathroom space. One free parking space. Views from the living room and patio of the Intracoastal Waterway! Full kitchen. You can enjoy eating in the dining room or out on the patio. A large pool is right outside your front door! Take a 6 minute walk to the beach or continue on to many restaurants or take the Circuit, a free shuttle. We are a 15 minute drive to Ft. Lauderdale and a 25 minute drive to Boca Raton.

The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. The city has a free shuttle (please tip your driver) that will take you to destinations around Pompano. Uber is available for longer trips.

Paradise in Pompano is in a quiet, completely safe and clean neighborhood on the beach side of the Intracoastal Waterway. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also, the Pompano Circuit is a free local golf cart shuttle service that will take you to and from your local destinations. The beach is a 5 minute walk!

Walking to the beach, local restaurants, and shopping are recommended. We do, however, have the Pompano Circuit app for free golf cart transportation in the local area. Be sure to tip your driver. An Uber or Lyft driver is always available. The apartment comes with one designated parking spot.

This is a non-smoking, non-vaping apartment.
Owner is next-door.

Strict NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND in the unit. You can step outside and smoke/vape but please dispose of any cigarette butts properly. An additional fee of $500 will be charged to the final bill and non-compliance to stop reserves us the right to remove you from the premises.

NO parties or events.

QUIET HOURS are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Per the city’s noise ordinance, any loud noises (i.e. excessive loud conversations, radio, live music, etc.) are not permitted during the quiet hours.

PLEASE do not take glass on the patio, the dock, or by the pool. We have plastic cups, plates, and bowls for those areas :o)

PLEASE do not dispose of anything down the toilet besides human waste and toilet paper.

GUEST ACCESS
You have your own private patio outside of the sliding glass doors. On the property, you have access to: pool, dock, bbq, washer/dryer, #101 parking space.

POOL ACCESS
Utilized by registered guests only. If you plan on having any visitors (i.e. family and friends), please let us know before they arrive to ensure the safety of everyone and check availability of parking. If you have more than four visitors, you will be subject to a $75 charge due to extra supplies being used.

CHECK-OUT
Please be sure to check out no later than 11 A.M. EST on the day of your departure. Host may allow late check-out by request only, and only if circumstances and scheduling allows.

Beautiful apartment
Our stay at Seacrest was great. The apartment is located on the intercoastal with a great view which unfortunately was altered with orange netting because of construction. I think management should have been upfront about that. The refrigerator leaked constantly so I had to keep a towel in front of the door to prevent the water from spreading throughout the kitchen. Beautiful apartment, great location, responsive manager.

Way too short, extra sweet
This hot spot had all we needed. It’s set back enough that we could relax peacefully and watch the boats go by but close enough we could get in on whatever action we wanted to be apart of. Looks as listed and clean. Host was wonderful- responded quickly when needed, made sure we had a great time, and even helped us brain storm on how to become permanent residents! ;) We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent property. Poor communication at times. We were given four towels with strict instructions for the week. That was not enough enough for a week beach vacation. Also there was no cable access. You had to bring your own passwords for access to the smart tvs.

I had never been to Pompano Beach. Nor was so nice and happy to help me with finding places in the area. I picked this condo because of the high ratings and comments. Now I know why it was ranked so high. The condo was so very nice. Pictures don’t do it justice. I loved sitting on the deck and patio watching the boats go by. I liked that it was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was stocked with many things that a lot of places don’t provide. I was so happy I picked Nor’s condo. I will definitely be back.

We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay in Pompano. The view was fantastic to watch the boats go by from the deck. It was very interesting and enjoyable. Perfect Place
This unit is perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed in the kitchen including hot coffee and the view of the intercoastal was amazing. Just watching boats run up and down while drinking my coffee was a great way to start the day. We were out most of the day throughs dinner but the Master bed was plenty comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the pull out coach. We will be back for sure!

The property was perfect for what we wanted: rest and relaxation! Beach access is only a 5-7 minute walk away. The owners provide a beach cart for guests to use with two folding chairs and an umbrella. The patio right outside the door is perfect for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. Nor has many great suggestions about where to go and what to do. The property is beautifully landscaped. I also appreciated that there was not a long list of dos and don'ts - just common-sense items that any house guest would follow. It was wonderful!

Beautiful Spot Great Hosts and Accommodations
Wonderful place within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Located right on the intercoastal ,you can relax and watch the boats go by with your cup of coffee or evening drinks. The hosts are very nice and have great info on where and where not to go. Doesn't get much better than this. Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable.

The property was exceptionally clean, well lit, multiple windows, and very nice bedroom, kitchen, and large bath. Excellent intercoastal waterway patio to watch the parade of boats daily.
