PETS:
And don't worry, we didn't forget about your fur babies! Pets are welcome for an additional/non-refundable fee (2 pet maximum). You can add your pets in the same area you add the number of people. An outdoor food and water bowl are provided for your convenience.

HEATED POOL:
Please inquire about heating the pool BEFORE your stay as it does take at least 24 hours to warm up fully! There is an additional daily charge for the heating service.

POOL SERVICE: The pool is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay.

LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained weekly. This may occur during your stay.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any substances on the property is prohibited and we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of 500$ if this policy is violated.

HURRICANE SEASON: From June 1st to November 30th, we advise all travelers making bookings within this period to consider purchasing travel insurance that includes coverage for natural disasters.

NOISE LEVEL DETECTION DEVICE: Per the City of Fort Lauderdale regulations, every property is required to have a noise detection device. This new ordinance was approved on September 19, 2023, by the City of Fort Lauderdale Commission. We want to emphasize that this device only registers noise levels and does not record any audio. This measure is in place to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

This property is equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.
