The room was unacceptable. The shower had no water pressure & was making loud sounds when the water comes out. The towels smelled funny and they didn't provide enough of the appropriate towels needed. I complained and nothing was done. I've stayed at this hotel many times and this was the worst stay

Expedia list 2 lounges/bars and a restaurant. Ome of the bar/restaurants was on the 14th floor with a roof top pool with a spectacular view. It was closed undergoing construction. The othe bar was in the middle of the lobby, only bar type food and did not open until 4. It was a long bar bjt only had 5 seats at it. Bartender said all the rest were broken. No table to sit at and the whole place was COLD! staff were very nice, place was very clean but i wont be staying at any other Aloft hotels. Very disapointing

Homeless person was in the lobby and when shooed away laid down on the sidewalk outside the building. Also incessant noise at all hours from vehicles with very loud exhausts.

Nice hotel but not sure I would return
The room was very nice and clean. Check-in was not great. Waited from 12:30 until 4:30 for my room. I understand rooms are not available until 4 but they knew I was there and still didn't get my room until AFTER typical check-in time! I paid for breakfast but did not like any of the offerings (very strange and small menu).
