Toilet was loose, no hooks to hang clothes in the bath room, Shower spray was overhead and the shower curtain was 6 inches above the floor which sprayed water in the floor. had to put towels on the outside of the shower to keep the floor dry. Room was small for the price. Small computer desk and small chair. Felt cramped in this room.

The room was dirty with trash in the trash cans, mold on the shower walls, a greasy substance on the night stand. The esthetics of the room were below average as well. They painted over the door hinges, the furniture had scratches and scuff marks, the carpet had some nasty looking stains. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to the poor design of the glass shower wall. B prepared to B disappointed. They ran out of beach towels when we went to the beach. More like a 2 to 3 star resort.

Upgraded to a balcony ocean view and the room was dirty, rust everywhere didn’t get room cleaned without asking a few times. Not the worst place but not the best by far. The staff were all really nice and it’s located on the beach.

The staff was very friendly and the service was very good. We used the valet parking and the car came quickly each time we requested it. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were serviced each day. Water and coffee were replenished as well. Would stay here again.

We had higher expectations from the pictures, some reviews, & the price. Front desk was rude & unwelcoming. Our room had hair on the bed when we walked in. There was also rice & dust on the floor. And be warned, black mold on the ceiling near the bathroom that we thought mightve explained the old odor in the room. We called front desk & requested our sheets to be changed. They never came. I called for more towels, they never came. And we saw the same dirty cups on a coffee table in the lobby the day we checked in & when we checked out. Very dissatisfied with our “resort” stay.

We were surprised how lovely this hotel was. The pool was heated to spa temperature with a bar at poolside. It was not crowded. This is a rare resort in that it is actually situated on the beach pristine white sand beach. The chairs and towels provided by a friendly staff were included in the resort fee. I recommend a beach side room over an ocean view. Really wonderful stay.

Great check in experience! The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We had an ocean view room with a balcony and the view was fantastic. The pools and beach were great and we appreciated the chairs and towels. Great location. Could have been a bit cleaner around the pool area on the second floor.
