The pool area with DJ was super, the bars in the pool and beach area amazing The food was to expensive for the quality. The view of my room was lovely had the marine at keft abd the iceb at right.

The resort is nice, but I don’t think room service waters are worth $16 per bottle. Also, bought 2 piña coladas and a beer at the pool bar for $61. They really try and squeeze anything they can out of you. Front desk did not help.

Although we were informed that the pool remains open until sunset, on both afternoons my children were required to leave the pool well before sunset. On the second evening, one of the performers mentioned an hour before the show that the people at the bar had paid for a mermaid show and and want to see tails not feet, hence we were asked to leave. However, the valet parking team was very friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful.

Most of the USP outlets at the night stands didn’t work. No washer and dryer on site. Parking rate is $55/night, (no parking around for overnight parking) Kids might like the mermaid sighting at the Wreck Bar. Anyway, the hotel didn’t wow me at all. I am not going to consider it in the future.

The staff was nice. Room is average and needs to be updated. The room was dusty not sure if HK did an inspection before checking guest in the room. The same menu is offered at the 2 restaurants and room service. Would I stay again? Maybe for 1 night but anything longer no. Valet was expensive but fast and easy. Food was ok.
