This place is a nightmare! There are people who lived here permanently, so there is always loud cussing and fighting throughout our entire stay. Also we had to pay a 29$ resort fee…which was not mentioned on the website. Never again.

Stayed here few years ago. It’s a hotel that looks like they are trying to revive but not that successful. Has a dark Erie feeling to it. Pics looks better online then in person. Sheets were stained/dirty along with towels. Changed rooms but tv didn’t work. I was told it needed reset bc of previous occupants info on tv. They did reset but previous occupants info was still logged in and saved. Sheets in 2nd room were stained as well. Just Erie feeling to this property.

They Cancelled my reservation without me knowing, only to arrive at the property and be told this. No compensation was given not even assistance with finding another hotel for the night. Only thing I received was a business card to contact the manager. And when I ask about being refunded, I was told I would get back my money in 3/5 days

Potential
The staff were all very accomodating and friendly from check in to check out. The care in the common areas was apparent and the consistent theme throughout was nice. The Island Sips restaurant was immaculately clean, well priced and delivered an excellent selection of items. My only critique, which is a large one, was the lack of housekeeping in room. Despite a sign in the bathroom that clearly says sheets and towels are changed daily. We had NO housekeeping during our 3 night stay. The second day I had to go to the front desk to request additional towels and informed them that we had not had any housekeeping and still the following day/night we had none as well. Our garbage accumulated and generally seemed like not a concern for the hotel. Also upon arrival the mini fridge was sitting in water from ice melting inside. This was easy enough to clean up but was an unwelcomed first impression.
