Overall staff was very professional. I feel the check-in counter needs an additional person. To much for one person at times. You have people checking in with a line and people trying to buy water & soda etc. at the same counter.

We did get to hotel earlier than check-in time due to end of cruise but was left for hrs in reception area with no word of progress of our room.. water in bath tub was yellow … noisy trains across the street.. was in remote area nothing around … room needs updating.. couch bed was filthy
