Remote location not walkable to anywhere else. Sheets were wet upon arrival and I was asked to help re-make the bed when they brought new bedding. I had to help the worker lift the mattress to place the mattress protector on and he asked for assistance making the bed.

Extremely dated room. 40 inch television, no USB charging, room decor broken and in disrepair. Rugs old and dirty. Front desk not very welcoming. As a Bonvoy member, this property did not meet standards expected from a Marriott property.

The staff were rude and very impatient. We had to wait forever to get our room when check-in was at 3 o’clock. It was almost 5 when we got in. The bistro never had anything that they advertised on their menu. We asked for a print out of our stay and we didn’t get it. I’ll never stay here again. And the phone didn’t work in the room.

Room was ok, somewhat outdated but clean. Many of the staff were nice. On check out, I could see the desk person was overwhelmed and a bit not friendly. I did report this to the hotel that we used the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port offered by a company stationed in the lobby. They charge $20/person. Although the transportation was ok, my husband has a mobility issue and uses a walker. After loading, the booking person said we were going to have to pay an extra $10 because the walker would not fit in back and was taking up a passenger seat. I don't think this is legal. I asked for their business card and the driver ultimately did not charge it but was going to. This should have been disclosed up front but again, by law, I don't think they can do this.

Everything from the lobby to the guest rooms was spotless. The front desk person was very friendly and efficient. The Starbucks in the lobby was very good and the staff were really good. We will definitely stay at this property when we are in the area.

Called for airport shuttle pick up, and were told that they were on their way and then hung up on. No direction as to where to pick up the shuttle. Called and again, with no answer. Waited about 30 minutes for shuttle. Rooms were not ready when we arrived at the hotel and our name was put on a "call list", our luggage stored and we were given a discount card at a nearby restaurant. We returned to the hotel about 2 hours later, where they were checking individuals in. When I asked why we weren't called, I was told they did call me. I verified the phone number called with the staff member, and the number was correct, but we never received a call. None the less, we did get checked in only to have to wait for an elevator as one of the elevators was not operable.
