I was charged more than the price of one night's stay for checking in 8 hours early and they charged my card five times for one night. The room was vacant but had not been properly cleaned. The comforter was dirty, the room had not been dusted and the bathroom wasn't very clean. We will not be staying again and they can keep their $6 bottle of water.

I was greeted by three lovely ladies, Racine, Sylee and Maureen. I was there to attend a funeral and needed a slightly bigger room and these ladies made it happen. I was so grateful and appreciative. These ladies showed professionalism as well as empathy for me and my guests. The food and drinks were delicious. The young lady was so bubbly, friendly and very professional as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
