Don’t be fooled by the location

Horrible. Lazy front desk refused to deal with smoking and loud music on floor (for 3 straight days I went to them and fought for them to deal with it). They wanted me to find the offenders!! Smoke coming into our rooms. No maid service (literally) unless you stay over a week. Kept trying to move us to a cheaper room rather than deal with problems (we paid more for an ocean view…not going to move to the backside of the building!!) Cupboards run down. Towel exchange once a week. THE BEDS …worst I’ve ever slept (not slept) on. like sleeping on rock. They just don’t care. Never again!

It’s all about location. We had a two bedroom unit facing the ocean which was amazing. It was clean, parking plentiful, and the staff promptly brought up a shower chair for my elderly mother. But overall rundown and our unit needs update. Also had issues trying to do laundry, no quarters at the resort or at nearby stores. Also, we planned to have hamburgers at the pool (per the posters around the resort), but it closed early and so it was a bit of a rush so would not recommend that aspect again.

The ocean view room we had was amazing. The views were beautiful and it was perfect. The rooms are a little dated but it has everything you would have at home. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great stay at a reasonable price!

The hotel was in a good location and offered free parking! It was clean and well equipped. There was a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker in the room, as well as dishes and pans. It had plenty of towels and beach towels in the room. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Staff was very accommodating. I'll definitely be back!

Can't ask for anything more at this price. You want 5 star service go book and pay for 5 star hotel. Great kitchen, amazing beach, neighborhood is great with 24 hour pizzeria and 7/11 across the street. Pool serves the purpose but a bit small. FREE parking is great! This hotel def serves the purpose, specially if you're traveling with kids!

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and spacious. Staff superseded my expectations, very friendly and professional. Only Downside, I guess we had an adjoining room and we could cure our neighbors talking quite a bit at times. However, I would definitely go back.
