We asked about an early check in and were told yes for $35 we could check in early. Once we arrived we had to wait 4 hours to check in. The room was dirty, wallpaper peeling off the walls and what looked like mold coming through, windows are thin and you can hear all the Highway noise. You can also hear other guests in the hallway because the doors don’t seal. The shower took a very long time to get hot and then you have to mess with it to turn it off because the plumbing fixtures are broken. The towel rack is falling out of the wall. The shuttle service to the airport has limited hours and they didn’t answer my call from the airport so we had to use a ride service. The pool wasn’t available and there is a sign posted out front that it has been deemed ‘unsafe’ by the authorities. It may seem insignificant, but there is no way to view a tv guide so you have to channel surf to hopefully find something to watch. Would not recommend this hotel! We definitely overpaid. I almost forgot to mention that the elevators are sketchy too, one of them would not close. It’s a shame, because you can see that it was once a cute boutique hotel.

It was dirty the breakfast was terrible we ended up eating at a nearby restaurant and the cleaning service had to be asked to clean. Didn’t replace any used towels or dirty bed sheets.

Every piece of furniture, decor, fixture, or flooring was dirty and showed significant amounts of wear or breakage. Everything including ceiling beams was laminated and not well. Rooms had cheap laminate or vinyl flooring with no carpeting so sound traveled easily. The room next door had very loud “Active” adults doing adult things to wee hours of the night. This place had a pay by the hour feel to it. The Holiday Inn directly across the street was only a few dollars more and smells fresh and had a lot more to offer including food, drinks and a nice pool area.

Property looks new or has gone through recent renovations. Staff was great. Shuttle from and to the airport is a big plus. Recommend it!

The receptionist on 11/10/24 was very efficient and helpful to us. She recommended great restaurants in the area. The disappointing part was our request to have our room cleaned on 11/11/24 was confirmed by reception but it was never done by housekeeping. The bedsheet made us itch. The room needed a thorough clean. 2nd disappointment was the airport shuttle. We asked the receptionist that we’ll need an airport shuttle once we return our rental car at the airport. We were told to call the telephone number on the website. No one answered the phone for 1 hr and 1/2 of trying. We called the corporate office of Best Western to get assistance. They tried to call and no one answered either. Breakfast was so-so. On 11/11/24, no eggs. Food selection not good. The elevator looks like it was on its last leg. The screw on the panel was missing and light does not turn on when one press the floor we are going to. The other elevator door would not close. This property is so badly maintained- definitely not the quality one expects from Best Western.

The dining room attendant was friendly, breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was easily accessible. We stayed for 2 days. The trash was not taken out, the requested items from the front desk never arrived to the room, elevator was extremely slow and it took longer than expected to receive information such as receiving a receipt because the stay was booked via a 3rd person. I have stayed at different hotels and had never heard that before..
